More than this the workforce reflects that most of the local talent has pursued practical, applied learning either in the trades or with a college diploma.

Workforce Development Board (WDB) is a not-for-profit organization located in Peterborough and serving Northumberland, Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes and Haliburton. It’s mission is to deliver responsive workforce development solutions to meet local labour market needs through knowledge, resources, and partnerships.
